I'm one of those people who can't point to a single career and say. "I've trained in that profession." I've done a lot of different things that I've thoroughly enjoyed at the time. These include leading art-based play in a centre for children with disabilities; studying theology in Peru, and administration for a Christian relief & development organisation. I currently run my own business making jam, chutney and other preserves.
I've been married for over 20 years, and have three (almost) teenagers. I started my spiritual life in an Anglican church. Since then I have worked for and been part of Baptist, Methodist, and Charismatic churches. I love growing my own vegetables , fruit and flowers and have an allotment that constantly needs more time than I can give. Above all of this though, I've been a follower of Jesus since I was 15 years old, and I'm still learning more about God's love for us, his children, and how we can, in turn, be empowered to love those around us.
